FOCUS is an initiative of established, yet young, doctors
who decided to devote a share of their efforts to spread the knowledge and more
importantly, the skills among their colleagues.
FOCUS depends on the fresh methodology of self-learning
rather than lecturing, sharing knowledge instead of teaching and training your
hands and mind to be an able doctor as an alternative to training you to be a
good student.
Our scope of courses: we are interested in any topics that help in building the career of young doctors. this includes: Basic skills like surgical skills, basic endoscopy and laparoscopy. also we have a special interest in scientific research.
Also we offer free content for young surgeons in virtual surgical residency portal including: short how-to-do articles, educational videos and simplified clinical guidelines.
Although we define ourselves as an independent initiative that is not affiliated to any governmental or social institute, we appreciate building partnerships with any body that share our interest and aims. We have already established partnerships with the following bodies.
